Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Bali 2026

Bali's fine dining list has one town at its centre and two outliers worth the drive. CURE spent ten years in Singapore, where it earned a Michelin star, before chef Andrew Walsh brought it to The Regent Bali Canggu facing Batu Bolong beach. The cooking pairs European technique with Indonesian flavour: potato bread with crème fraîche butter and salmon roe, aged duck with black sambal. KŌRO, in gardens by Nyanyi beach a short drive past Canggu, is organised around koku, the Japanese idea of depth and lingering richness in flavour, with a set menu called the Kokumikase, a wine and cigar cave below and a commitment to training young Indonesian chefs.

Everything else is in Ubud: Locavore NXT's no import rules, Mozaic's three room progression, Syrco BASÈ's traceability, Apéritif's borderless degustation at Viceroy Bali, Room4Dessert's dessert as the meal and Pica's relaxed South American cooking.

Diners set the order two venues at a time, and positions cannot be bought.
