Dining at Mosaic in Ubud was nothing short of extraordinary. From the outside, the entrance appears deceptively modest, giving little hint of the remarkable experience that awaits within. Stepping inside, we were welcomed into an elegant lounge before being escorted to a refined dining room where an unforgettable sensory journey began. The experience opened with a series of exquisite snacks and entrées that delighted every sense. Each course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully composed, and showcased exceptional technique and creativity. Every bite revealed layers of flavour, texture, and aroma that reflected the restaurant’s dedication to culinary excellence. As the evening progressed, we were invited into a stunning garden setting that was both elegant and incredibly romantic. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we enjoyed the main courses and desserts in an atmosphere that perfectly complemented the cuisine. The weather could not have been more ideal, enhancing an already magical evening as we savoured this delicate and memorable gustatory journey. The desserts were truly decadent—an indulgent finale that provided the perfect conclusion to a remarkable meal. An exceptional dining experience — truly worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. The food was absolutely outstanding. We chose both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian tasting menus, and we loved every single course. The food was incredibly refined, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. What makes the experience truly unique is the concept: dinner is served in several stages, with a very original approach that we won’t spoil here — you simply have to experience it for yourself! We also chose the **food and wine pairing**, and the wines were genuinely excellent. Each pairing complemented the dishes beautifully and made the experience even more enjoyable. The whole team was incredibly attentive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. We had such a wonderful time from start to finish. what an interesting restaurant to visit on our trip to bali. The food was incredible and the way of serving the food was very creative almost like a journey from the bar area for starters and into the dining area and it ends in the outdoor patio and garden which is very interesting. Shoutout to their black cod which was flaky and soft and so good and also the venison which was the first time i tried it and it was amazing.Overall a very good restaurant which i will 100% go back next time in bali

Mozaic is exceptional and worth the money. Went twice in a week cos it’s so good. First time did the full 8 course degustation - highly recommend - each course was exquisite! Second time did tapas - again every dish was fabulous. Great cocktails & mocktails. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is lovely! Will be back.
