These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Supper Social Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore. By using the site you agree to them.

Our content

The stories, guides, photos, videos, rankings and design on this site are owned by Supper Social or used with the permission of their owners. Please do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Sharing a link, or sharing your own top ten card, is always fine.

Voting fairly

• Votes must be genuine: one person voting for themselves.
• No bots, scripts, or repeated voting from multiple devices or browsers.
• No VPNs or other tools that hide or change where you are voting from. If we detect one, all votes from that device are removed and it is blocked from voting for 48 hours.
• No incentivised or bought votes, and no offering rewards in exchange for votes.

We may remove votes, notes or accounts that break these rules, and adjust any rankings affected by manipulation. Read how rankings work.

Your fan notes

You keep ownership of the notes you post. By posting, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, edit for length or format, and share them on the site and our channels. We may remove anything abusive, false, defamatory, spammy or promotional, and notes are filtered automatically for links, contact details and abusive language.

Rankings, guides and venue details

Rankings reflect community votes and our guides reflect our editors' opinions. Both are provided as is, without any guarantee. Venue details such as opening hours, prices and menus change, so please check with the venue before you go.

Sponsored content and partnerships

We run paid content: sponsored stories, reels, event coverage and partnerships with venues and brands. Sponsored content is clearly labelled as sponsored or as a partnership. Payment never buys a ranking position, votes, or a place in the crowd-voted results, and partners cannot pay to move up the rankings.

Accounts

If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including visits to venues listed on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
