Was fortunate enough to dine at Longtime again on Friday night, to celebrate a 33rd birthday and our last night in Canggu. Strap in for a long review but there is just so much goodness that has to be documented. This was our second appearance in only 5 days, and honestly, we wish we could've visited every night. Unlike the first time, we opted for the Feed Me option and rolled with the surprises they had to offer. Dish after dish, they absolutely nailed it. This is genuinely one of the best asian fusion restaurants we've visited, which speaks volume given how many places we've been too and how high asian food ranks on our list of favourite cuisines. Particular favourites for us were the beef rendang spring rolls, prawn miang, signature burrata (that chilli oil is DELICIOUS) and the pad see ew, albeit you just cannot go wrong with anything on that menu. In addition, the restaurant decor and ambience were great. Friday night also meant a dj was playing some tunes to help sustain the energy - can confirm it wasn't a crass disco energy type of vibe, but one that complemented the mood and venue well. Tyler (co-owner/executive chef) was an excellent, sociable, down-to-earth host who has an exceptional thing going with his local team. He took the time to get to know us and tell us a bit about his story and also about the restaurant, it genuinely felt like the diners were treated like part of the Longtime family. Also special thanks to Duwipa and Sri who were fantastic wait staff during our visits, it was a pleasure sharing our experience with you. They were both very attentive, helpful and courteous (even the more subtle things/attention to detail in remembering who we were, where we were from, what we liked to eat, etc.), plus spoiled us with complementary birthday drinks, dessert and some of their home-made chilli oil to take-away. We hope we'll get the opportunity to return to Canggu and if so, we can guarantee Longtime would be restaurant visit #1. We had our last dinner at Longtime in Canggu and it was truly incredible. Our host Duwipa explained the dishes and origin of the restaurant and head chef so well we were salivating before we had even ordered. We tried a few of their specials and highly recommend menu items and every dish was incredible! We felt so looked after and welcome, the atmosphere is such a vibe. Great music, friendly service, cool interiors. We will be back!!

Food was absolutely delicious. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Staff are so welcoming. Yuli our waiter went above and beyond. The flavours in all our dishes were 10/10 and not to mention the detail of the mixology in the drinks again 10/10. Highly recommend. Perfect for date night or group dining x

I’ve been to Longtime more times than I can count, and it has truly become one of my favorite spots in Canggu. Everything about this place just works. The Asian fusion menu is consistently amazing, every dish I’ve tried has been spot on. The atmosphere is great, the location is perfect, and the whole experience always feels effortless. As an interior designer, I have to say what they’ve done with the space is seriously impressive. The interior is beautifully executed, the lighting system is incredibly well thought out, and everything comes together perfectly to create such a strong and inviting ambiance. What really makes it stand out is the service. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and even the valet team is fantastic, which I really appreciate since I usually come by car. And the cocktails… honestly some of the best I’ve had in Bali. Special shoutout to Rezky at the bar, he never misses. I’ve lost count of how many times he’s made me the perfect drink. Whether you live in Bali or you’re just visiting, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.
