The Mailroom

• The Mailroom is a very unique hidden cocktail bar with a special concept. Before entering, you need to make a reservation. The entrance itself is part of the experience — it feels like you’re walking into an old building under renovation. After booking, they give you a number/code to find the entrance and access the bar, which makes the whole experience feel exclusive and secretive. The cocktails are creative and unlike standard drinks you find elsewhere. Prices are definitely on the expensive side, around 180k–220k IDR per cocktail, but the experience and presentation are unique. The venue itself is very small, probably for around 20–25 people maximum, with compact tables and chairs, creating an intimate atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and the DJ/music selection was also very good. Overall, a great place if you enjoy hidden bars and signature cocktail experiences.

• Such a fun and unique experience! I loved the entrance to get in, it made the whole experience feel extra special. The space was intimate, and beautifully designed, with such a perfect balance of elegance and style. The cocktails were incredibly well crafted and high quality and the music was great too. I especially loved the creative and fun cup designs!! they added such a playful touch. I wanted something different from your typical bar, the mailroom was exactly that. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for something a little more special and memorable 🍸

• Visited during the long weekend and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too crowded, even at 8 PM—which I personally loved. The team was very responsive via WhatsApp, and making a last-minute reservation was seamless. I really enjoyed the creative entrance concept and the overall speakeasy experience. The drink menu offered a great variety of interesting options, although most of the cocktails we ordered leaned a bit sweeter than my preference. That said, the presentation and execution were excellent. Overall, a well-thought-out venue with great service, a unique atmosphere, and an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

• The Mailroom is one of the coolest speakeasy experiences I've had. 🍸✨ Getting in is half the fun. You have to text them ahead of time to make a reservation, and they'll send you a code with instructions. We had to unlock a specific mailbox to grab a key, which let us into the hidden bar. It felt like a little adventure before the night even started. Inside, the space is intimate and probably seats around 20 people. The whole room has a cozy, romantic vibe that reminded me of The Great Gatsby, with dim lighting, a disco ball, and vintage décor. The cocktail menu was really creative, and many of the drinks came in fun, unique glassware. I tried the Moscato cocktail, which was sweet and easy to drink, and the Curious George, which had a coffee-forward flavor with a surprisingly good Parmesan twist. Both were delicious. The staff also made my friend's birthday extra special by surprising her with a complimentary birthday drink, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable. 🎉 The only thing I noticed was that it wasn't very busy when we visited, so I'm not sure if we caught it right after opening or just came at a quieter time. Either way, if you're looking for a unique date night spot or a fun place to grab a couple of cocktails, The Mailroom is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back! 🍹🔑
