Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Manila 2026
Early list, not yet ranked by diners · 2 votes so far
Fine dining in Manila now means Filipino produce taken seriously. Gallery by Chele, high in Clipp Center, BGC, sources about ninety percent of it locally and grows endemic herbs in an urban garden; Chele González and Carlos Villaflor serve six or ten course menus, and the room holds one Michelin star and a Green Star.
The most personal meal is in Parañaque. At Linamnam, a solo chef cooks for ten guests in the garden kitchen of his family home, in what was once his childhood bedroom: lamb dumplings in pork broth, blue marlin in fish head stock. One star.
Makati has the rest. Aaron Isip's Kása Palma runs a ten course seafood menu and a firewood Jungle Kitchen in one old house in Poblacion. Celera is dark and umami rich, cooking contemporary Asian food with dashi and smoke. Both hold a star. Frances Tariga's Tadhanà, new from New York, reworks binatog and kwek kwek as small bites, and Josh Boutwood's Helm, at Ayala Triangle Gardens, holds two stars. This is an early list, opening for diner votes, and positions cannot be bought.
