  What a special Father’s Day celebration, thoughtfully organized by our son, Jaime, at @tadhana_makati by @cheffrances We didn’t know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. One of the highlights was Chef Francis personally introducing the evening and sharing her journey as a chef. She even joined everyone for dinner with her wife! She was so warm and gracious, taking the time to greet every table. I also loved how she ended the evening by recognizing and thanking her staff—a beautiful gesture that says so much about her. The food was outstanding from start to finish, and learning the stories and inspiration behind each dish made the experience even more memorable. A truly wonderful dining experience and one every Filipino 🇵🇭 should try. Highly recommended! Her other restaurant right across @taglish.motivation will open soon!! Can’t wait!!

  Extremely creative execution of Filipino favorites. A good experiential meal that is perfect for those who want to experience our cuisine in a unique way. As a tasting menu, it is well balanced and proved interesting every step of the way. Great for the most part, but some dishes could use a little bit more balanced seasoning.

  I had a wonderful dining experience at Tadhana Makati. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making me feel well taken care of throughout the meal. Chef Frances ensured that every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed, which really elevated the entire experience. My personal favorite was the tocilog. It was a pleasant surprise, especially since I don’t usually eat game meats. It completely changed my perspective and was absolutely memorable. Maraming salamat, Chef Frances and the team, for showcasing Filipino cuisine in such a thoughtful and exceptional way. Highly recommended!

  It was an honor to experience Tadhana’s first tasting menu. Every bite felt like an ode to Filipino cuisine; intentional, nostalgic, and beautifully executed. Chef Frances and her team gave us such an amazing dining experience with incredible food and excellent service. It was one of those nights you just want to relive again. Looking forward to my next dining experience at Tadhana ✨
