  • Salamat Team Inato! Easily one of the best dining experiences we had during our Southeast Asian holiday. The Chef’s Table at Inato really captures the true Filipino spirit hospitality, professional but never too strict or pretentious. You genuinely feel like you’re there to eat, share, and learn from the ingredients and cuisine. The courses were really well thought out, from the first bites trio to super generous mains and pasalubong! big shoutout to all the chefs. They were super interactive, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. Definitely recommend Inato to friends visiting Manila. Just make sure you plan ahead because getting a reservation can be a mission, but totally worth it! Shout to our friends joining us that night was truly special! Salamat po 🙏🏽♥️

  • Visited in Jan 2026 Located just next to Toyo Eatery, Inato is a restaurant founded and run Chef JP Cruz who is himself Toyo Eatery alumni. This fine dining establishment is now making its own name in the Manila fine dining scene. There was a an a-la-carte menu and a season tasting menu for food options. However I hrd that they were going to do away with the a-la-carte menu from Feb 2026. I went with the seasonal tasting menu called “Bahala Na”. The tasting menu comprised 8-10 courses depending on how you count your dishes. The main course was an amalgamation of multiple smaller dishes. The food was good and the restaurant does a good job in presenting Filipino cuisine and flavours in a unique way. The quality and freshness of the ingredients used for cooking is absolutely top notch, and hence kudos to their ingredient procurement process. For drinks, I ordered a couple of glasses on non-alcoholic sparkling teas. They also have alcoholic options for those who are interested to lean that way. Service was very good. Chef JP and his team are a jolly bunch who take good care of their guests and keep them engaged throughout the meal. Overall, this is a good fine dining establishment. While it may not be the best restaurant I’ve been to in Manila, it is still a high quality place which definitely warrants a visit.

  • I had an amazing experience at Inato. The place is little tricky to find. Once inside you are seated with 10+ other guests. The whole experience was great and the chef and people around were genuinely amazing. Allbthe pork dishes and the sweet bread were delicious. The wine pairing was also decent. The dessert was outstanding. A great experience overall.

  • An unforgettable dining experience at Inatô. The space is intimate and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere that makes every guest feel special. Watching the chefs prepare each dish right in front of us made the experience even more engaging. The chefs are incredibly interactive, service was impeccable from start to finish, and every dish was beautifully executed—truly deserving of its Michelin star. ⭐️
