  I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful and well-presented, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience was very satisfying. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and excellent customer service.

  Had a hard time booking for lunch, and it’s not surprising. Coincidentally, I was able to have lunch at 3pm on a Monday, and it only had a few available tables. Kudos to Kevin, our server. Recommended the margarita (mezcal!) and the pizza (shrimp was fresh and succulent, zucchini not overcooked); the mushroom soup was rich and delicious, sticky toffee pudding not to be missed. The only thing to nitpick is the entryway; small and cramped especially when waiting to be seated (and it’s raining outside).

  French onion soup was perfect. Smoked salmon pizza was good would've been great if there was less cream cheese. It's just too much. Pasta was a bit over cooked and not al dente. But the service could use some adjusting. 2 main dishes came out after an hour and 20 minutes. This was when we arrived around 2:15PM and the 2 main dishes were served at around 3:35PM. Came in without a reservation so they put us in open al fresco area but were readily transferred inside as soon as a table became available.

  We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this restaurant. We first visited on October 5 and genuinely enjoyed the steak. I was impressed enough to check out their breakfast menu that same evening, hoping to return and try it. However, I couldn’t find any mention of a breakfast last-order time on the menu. On October 12, I returned around noon and was informed by the staff that breakfast orders were accepted until 10:45 AM. So, on October 13, I made a special effort to arrive at 10:30 AM, well before the previously communicated cutoff time. To my disbelief, I was told that I had missed the last order by just a few dozen seconds, and the staff refused to take my order. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn’t even fully occupied at the time. How does a breakfast cutoff suddenly change from 10:45 AM to 10:30 AM? And how is a customer supposed to follow a policy that isn’t clearly communicated? I completely understand that restaurants have operating procedures and ordering deadlines. What I cannot accept is inconsistent information, poor communication, and such an inflexible approach to customer service. I genuinely wanted to return because my first experience was positive. Unfortunately, after making the effort to visit three times, this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. Good food may bring customers in, but good service and clear communication are what bring them back.
