  • Kása Palma delivers a thoughtfully curated dining experience that blends refined technique with a relaxed, tropical aesthetic. From the moment you enter, the ambiance sets the tone—warm lighting, natural textures, and an open, almost resort-like layout that feels both intimate and unpretentious. Originally planned to be located in Palawan. The menu reflects strong culinary intent. Each course is well-composed, with a clear balance of flavors and textures. Highlights include the seafood-forward dishes, which were executed with precision and freshness, and the creative use of local and seasonal elements from the provinces. Presentation was consistently elegant without feeling overly contrived. Service was attentive and well-paced, allowing the progression of dishes to feel natural rather than rushed, a very important detail in a tasting menu experience. Overall, the experience was highly satisfying. One minor observation: for desserts that are meant to be refreshing or temperature-driven, serving them on chilled plates could further elevate the finish and preserve the intended contrast and texture. It’s a small detail, but one that would align well with the restaurant’s otherwise meticulous execution. A refined yet approachable dining destination with strong culinary identity, definitely worth returning to.

  • A little bit of a mixed bag of a tasting menu, but a good experience overall. There were some definite highs with the amuse bouche and the starters, the tupig amuse bouche was one of our favorites bites; while for me personally their ube starter was my favorite dish overall. However for me, I found the young corn kinilaw to be way too salty, I could not really get any corn flavor because the corn leche de tigre was too overpowering. Others however may find the ube dish too salty, but it was alright for me, so it may be a matter of taste, but these dishes may straddle the border of flavorful and being too flavorful. For the main entrees, the lechon lobster didn't quite land for me as I didn't really feel the lobster and the pork really work together as one dish. However, I did like the frog legs much more. Overall this is not a spotless experience, where we were seated the air conditioning was not quite as strong as it should and there were some mosquitoes present, but service is great and it's worth a try.

  • My husband and I absolutely loved our experience dining here in Kása Palma for my 29th birthday. We booked the 10-course meal as a treat for both of us, and we left the restaurant feeling super satisfied. Literally, the food kept coming even though we felt we were ready to give up. The flavors and textures of each dish were super unique, but in the end, they still felt very Filipino. This place truly deserved being awarded a Michelin star. I am looking forward to our next flight back home to the Philippines, as we will for sure try their regular menu as well.

  • My favorite immersive dining experience, probably ever. The accolades are all well deserved. From the moment you step away from the high rise construction across the street you are immersed in an island world of their making. From the staff’s attention to detail to the broad strokes of balanced flavor that doesn’t shy away from packing a punch. From careful delicate flavors challenging tastebuds to nostalgic flavors on a refined journey, this is a place for any celebration.
