  • We absolutely loved the experience from beginning to end. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, he is a chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and he truly loved the entire experience. Despite an unexpected delay due to a medical reason, we were still able to fully enjoy the lunch, so thank you very much for your kindness and flexibility. The dishes were beautifully presented, incredibly fragrant, and the choice of tableware was absolutely stunning. Every detail felt thoughtful and refined. The only slightly frustrating part was not being able to fully mop up the sauces, because they were honestly so delicious 😋 Best of luck to the whole team!

  • Celebrating my birthday dinner here was an absolute blast! Booking was super easy, just a quick 4k PHP down payment to lock in your spot. The vibe is wonderfully intimate, and getting to hear the chef break down each dish makes the whole meal so much more special. Honestly, the food is easily 2-star Michelin caliber. The highlight was definitely Chef Josh taking the time to hang out and chat with us, which made the night feel extra personal. The 7-course wine pairing for 3,600 PHP was totally worth it and went amazingly well with every single bite. A massive shoutout to the incredible team: Chef Joshua, Angelo, Nathan, Shiela, and Aly for taking such good care of us. I am definitely coming back!

  • With 2 Michelin stars, my expectations were naturally very high. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to them. To be clear, the food was not bad at all. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. However, I didn’t find many of the courses particularly memorable or unique. Having tried tasting menus in Japan and Spain, including some restaurants without Michelin stars, I’ve had experiences that I personally found more impressive. The dishes that stood out to me were the lobster course and the lychee dessert. The lobster was well executed, while the lychee dish was the bigger surprise. It was refreshing, enjoyable, and one of the more memorable moments of the meal. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the concept behind the menu. The idea of taking a single main ingredient and preparing it in several different ways within the same course is impressive. It showcases creativity, technique, and a deep understanding of the ingredient. That said, beyond a few highlights, most of the dishes felt relatively ordinary and didn’t leave a lasting impression on me. Perhaps my expectations were simply too high because of the Michelin rating. I can appreciate the craftsmanship and effort behind the menu, but for me, it didn’t quite justify the hype. A bit overrated, in my opinion, though still a good dining experience overall.

  • This was an experience to remember. The food was remarkable and understandable as to why they have two Michelin stars. We loved how each dish that was served was talked through and you can tell the level of skill needed to make such unique dishes. Our meal ended up coming with additional courses that were just as exciting and divine. The wine pairings were great and she talked us through the wine and what it’ll pair best with as we continued to enjoy our food. We loved that the seating was intimate and we could watch them as they prepared the food, seeing how much care they took into plating. This was one of the best fine dining experiences we have had hands down. I want to thank everyone there that night for making it such a special dining experience.
