  The portion just right for a meal. But if you are extremely hungry, better look for other options. They use the whole small chicken of ayam pejantan for 1 serving. You can choose "ayam goreng" if you like it fried or "ayam bakar" if you like it a little smoky. Choose "ayam bakar taliwang / ayam goreng taliwang" if you like it spicy, choose "ayam bakar madu" if you want it less spicy and choose "ayam bakar kecap" if you like it not spicy. Their spicy level does not meet my expectation. You still can enjoy their spiciness. Their "beberuk sambal" also delicious. Mix your rice with "beberuk sambal", dip your chicken to "taliwang" seasoning and enjoy with the rice that you already mixed. Their serving costs 35k idr for 1 chicken serving, 7k idr for steamy rice. We came at 10pm, so most of their side dish already gone. There is no wait and our dish is served fast. Tips : to reduce the spiciness level, order ice water "air es" to them. As this one is the most effective way.

  Went there early as it opened. 4.30. Staff are very friendly. Menu is pretty straight forward. Talked to locals who were eating there and they told me this is definitely the best place to eat Taliwang chicken. I tried both fried and grilled both good. However if suggest you also try the grilled fish. Awesome. Crisp skin and moist flesh.

  Finally get to try this ayam taliwang! I have to say it’s one of the best. Their chicken is very smollll tho💗 Thank God it wasn’t that packed when we came here

  Both grilled and fried ayam taliwang taste well-seasoned. However, my favorite is the grilled one. It has a softer bite paired with a sweeter taste than the latter. It comes with a spicy dipping sauce and beberuk. Beberuk is free, and you can ask for more if you like it. The place has two floors and is spacious. It has tables that can serve up to 40 people. However, the parking lot is limited along the roadside near the building. Prices are standard. I spent IDR 94K for two people. Additionally, QRIS payment is available without an extra charge.
