the last time i was here is in 2019 when i had a trip with my family. glad to be back again! we ordered ayam bakar biasa. the sauce(?) the one that is not spicy was soooo good. everything is worth the price. the purpose of my lombok trip is this ayam taliwang.

Lucked out with a quiet spot and picked the best seat! The spicy and smoky chicken was incredible, paired with fresh plecing kangkung and crispy fried tahu. I had a funny 10-minute wait at the counter because the cashier was in the loo, but that spicy kick made the wait totally fine!

Nice place to taste Ayam Taliwang in Mataram city. Good ambience and delicious food. I love their Ayam Madu and Sayur Asem.

One of our favorite meal in Lombok! I’ve had ayam taliwang before but not quite like this. Delicious, chicken was succulent and the spice was perfect. I recommend exploring their pecel options as it was so good, spicy and full of flavor. My only note was that our drinks took very long and came only after our food arrived.
