I felt very rejuvenated by the treatment! Sanyuka-san is incredibly friendly, and I was very comfortable talking with her before and after our session. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy their time!

I'm so happy to be able to receive my favorite authentic Ayurvedic treatment in Jiyugaoka. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and given warm water. They provide a thorough consultation and diagnose your condition and constitution for the day before deciding on a treatment menu. I had severe back pain, so I had a basti that day. The feeling of the warm oil slowly seeping into my body was incredibly pleasant. The oils for my head and body were also selected based on my constitution and the day's condition, so I felt so light after the treatment. Ayurvedic treatments are different from simple oil massages at beauty salons, so I also enjoyed the comfortable bowel movements the day after. The detoxification process without stomach aches allowed me to experience the profound depth of Ayurvedic treatment. I'd like to visit again during the upcoming cold and dry season. Thank you very much 😊

I received a treatment in a very relaxing environment. It's located in Jiyugaoka, and even the walk to the salon was exciting. Before the treatment, there was a thorough medical interview-like question session. After that, I was able to hear an interesting explanation about the principles of Ayurveda, taking my constitution into consideration. Afterwards, I received a massage using oil imported from India. I've previously received Ayurvedic treatment at a hospital in Sri Lanka, and I could see that the treatment was an application of that. The timing was also great, as it was right at the end of the year, and I felt very relaxed. The owner, Sanyuka, has a lovely way of speaking and a lovely smile. Thank you very much for this opportunity ^^ I'm grateful for this connection.

I received a 110-minute oil head spa and body treatment. It was my first time, but the therapist provided a thorough consultation, and I immediately realized she had extensive knowledge and experience in Ayurveda. I felt at ease and relaxed during the treatment. From a wide variety of Indian herbal oils, she accurately selected the oils needed for my current physical condition, and even added other oils during the treatment, demonstrating her sincere attention to each individual's symptoms and constitution. The generous use of oil during the treatment was incredibly comfortable; I could feel the oil penetrating every part of my body, leaving me feeling very fulfilled. Partway through, I was so relaxed that I almost lost consciousness, and after the treatment, I felt noticeably lighter. Therapist Yuka is well-versed not only in Ayurveda but also in the connection between mind and body, making her a truly trustworthy choice. I would definitely like to return again. Thank you very much.
