  Upon reaching the second floor of Yokohama Hammerhead via escalator, I was greeted by long lines on both sides. A new ice cream shop, famous for its five-layered spherical dessert, had opened in the former donut shop location next to Hungry Tiger. The sign indicated it opened on May 29th. I visited around 2:20 PM on May 30th. The queues for purchases were so long that they stretched in three locations: in front of the shop, in front of the escalator, and in front of Ariake (another ice cream shop). It took about 40 minutes to purchase. The signature dessert features a meticulously layered five-layer structure, starting with mascarpone soft serve ice cream on top, followed by crunchy chocolate, whipped cream, biscuit, and a special sauce at the bottom. While it has a round, spherical shape, the changing textures and layers of the special sauce as you eat it offer a delightful experience. The dessert offers a delightful contrast in texture and structure. Since the store doesn't have an eat-in area, I ate it on a chair in the nearby free space. It seemed like they had added more chairs on the second floor, perhaps anticipating the crowds. However, it melted very quickly, and it started dripping as soon as I moved to my seat. The topping sprinkled on top is also prone to spilling, so it's best to eat it carefully as soon as you receive it.
