  This is the highlight of the trip. CHEZ CALVERT is Chef Daniel Calvert's first independent restaurant, officially opening on October 1st this year in Azabudai Hill. Service: Full tableside service. Atmosphere: Strict dress code, making the dining experience somewhat formal. The restaurant's interior design, handled by John Pawson, blends minimalism to create a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. Price: High-end. Basically, if you can get a reservation, you don't need to worry about the price. Conclusion: If I'm not mistaken, this place deserves three stars. If you've paid attention to top-tier French cuisine in Tokyo, you've definitely heard of Daniel Calvert. I won't go into his background. What's special about this restaurant is that this isn't a new restaurant opened by a very famous chef, but rather the first restaurant entirely run by someone who has already proven themselves to be world-class. And the food was truly amazing. Every dish could be described as divine. I even had roast duck that tasted like human flesh! This is a restaurant you should definitely fly to if you can get a reservation.

  Without a doubt, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. This applies to everything—from Daniel Calvert's cuisine to the ambiance and service. The warm service and the simple yet refined and comfortable atmosphere, and the perfectly refined dishes served within it, created a unique and unparalleled experience that can only be found here. It was an incredibly wonderful time, beyond words. I recommend dressing up to match the magnificent setting.
