My goodness, Sushi Saito has blown us away! This exclusive spot in the heart of London offers an unparalleled sushi experience. The moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, perfect for our little family of five. Every dish was exquisite; the perfect balance of flavours and textures that left us wanting more. Our children couldn't get enough of the innovative creations while my partner and I relished the classic combinations. Each piece was meticulously crafted, a testament to Chef Saito's mastery. We'll be back again soon – and often! The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the exceptional service, where every detail was attended to with care and precision. Outstanding experience, truly. 5.0Brad McAllister· 4 months agoAn absolutely once-in-a-lifetime sushi experience at Sushi Saito. Every piece was crafted with incredible precision, and the balance between the rice and fish was simply perfect. You can really feel the level of mastery in each bite.

5.0Alan Chun· a year agoSushi Saito's sushi can be described in one sentence. Perfect Balance. Sushi was served in second-counter by Hiroshi-san. Tsumami and nigiri was amazing. Best of Tsumami was Abalone served with thick soup. The soup was amazing. Best of Nigiri were tunas. The balance bewteen acidity and fattiness was great. Only point that was dissapointing was that there was no show and I had my seat move around a little. Except that everything was perfect. Thanks for wonderful dinner.
