There was no sense of professionalism or awareness of guests around them. While we were trying to eat, staff were loudly banging plates and utensils while clearing nearby tables. It was disruptive, uncomfortable, and showed a complete lack of consideration for diners. A significant portion of the menu was unavailable, including even basic beverage options. There was no soda or standard drink selection available, and no complimentary water offered. We were charged 50 for a single bottle of water. For a restaurant operating at this price point, the lack of available items combined with additional charges for basic necessities was unacceptable. The most alarming issue, however, was hygiene. We eventually noticed a long dead lizard beside the sofa type dining seat, extremely close to my mother in law’s head while we were eating. The fact that this was present in the dining area and went unnoticed by staff is deeply concerning. This is not a minor oversight. It reflects serious deficiencies in cleanliness, inspection, and basic health standards. No restaurant should allow this to occur under any circumstances. To make matters worse, the food itself did not justify the pricing. Given the service, the hygiene issues, the lack of menu availability, and the overall atmosphere, the quality simply did not match the cost. Considering everything we experienced, it is genuinely difficult to understand how this establishment continues to operate in its current condition. The failures were not isolated to one issue. Service, hygiene, food quality, and basic operational standards were all lacking. We left disappointed, uncomfortable, and concerned about the level of cleanliness being maintained. We will not be returning.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were not attentive and acted carelessly the entire time. They were loudly banging plates while cleaning other tables, which was very disturbing while we were eating. What’s worse, there was a dead lizard beside the sofa-type dining seat, very near my mother’s head while we were eating. That is completely unacceptable and shows poor hygiene and lack of proper maintenance. On top of that, there was no free water and a single bottle cost 50, which felt unreasonable given the poor service and cleanliness. We will not be coming back.

Been here last Oct 25 for a family lunch. We've waited outside for like 20-30 mins. No seats to relax while waiting. Foods are too pricey. We initially ordered Pansit, Caldereta, Ensalada, adobo. And we were shocked about the servings. It is like good for 2-3 persons. No service water. Mineral water is too pricey as well. there's nothing special when it comes to the tastes of the food. My partner's adobong baboy and my buttered shrimp is tastier than what they serve. We did not enjoy the food at all! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
