Very disappointing experience, especially for a fine dining restaurant. We visited to celebrate our anniversary after years of living abroad and were excited to enjoy Filipino cuisine again. While the food was good, the service completely ruined the experience. Some staff members, particularly the male staffs especially the old man (whose name I was unable to get), were unprofessional, unwelcoming, openly mimicking foreign accents, and even arguing about who would serve guests. There also appeared to be disagreements among staff regarding who would serve certain tables and they are not even attentive. For a fine dining restaurant, this level of professionalism was unexpected and, as Filipinos, quite embarrassing to witness. The waiting time was excessively long, and some dishes felt overpriced for what was served. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has the charm of a traditional Filipino ancestral home, but the staff's attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The friendly intern and some of the female staff were the exception. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns and provides better staff training. The restaurant has great potential, but service and professionalism are just as important as good food. Without improvement, experiences like ours could negatively affect the restaurant's reputation. Sadly, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. It feels like a basic restaurant. There are so many other options out there. If only I could rate the service 0.

We had a fabulous lunch here, everything we at was delicious and the servers were so attentive and made everything perfect. When we finished lunch it was raining heavily and we decided to stay a little longer and have desert and boy did fate work in our favour. The Ice cream was unbelievable and the Mango Jubilee finished at table-side was a real show stopper. 100% will return next time we are in Manila.

i liked my order which was the tuna sandwich w mango. my bf tried it and doesn’t like the idea of having mangoes in it lol. my drink was cucumber watermelon. it was mid. my bf didn’t like it. it just tasted like water. his order was creamy carbonara. he liked it. the place was a bit smaller than i expected. it was also kinda hot inside. the service was okay.
