Food and service quality were bad compared to my last two visits within a year. Not worth to try! I have spent quite a bit of time to let them ask the kitchen switching to non spicy carbs for the set lunch. Then they missed placing one person set lunch. We have waited so long for the food and the first one came in was a soggy dumpling overcooked in soup. The kitchen didn’t prepared well in my peas and that’s a very basic thing in a restaurant. The rest of the food were not as good as my previous visits and no surprises, only the scallops were nice. I feel like they have cut cost and lower down the quality. Desserts were complimentary because of the bad service, don’t bother to try it. It’s completely not at a 5-star hotel standard or Michelin restaurant, just like premade food from elsewhere. Not going to recommend this place to anyone and don’t think would visit it again.
1.0Nana L· 5 months agoAmazing dim sum experience in Hong Kong! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was fresh and full of flavor, especially the shrimp dumplings and crispy pork belly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. If you are visiting Hong Kong, this is definitely a place you should stop by at least once. Highly recommended! 😋
5.0Puii Rachada· 6 months agoTheir BBQ meats were amazing, especially the char siu and roasted pork belly. The char siu was perfectly cooked. It was so tender and flavorful. The roasted pork belly was super crispy and well-seasoned. We also ordered a few dim sum dishes.
5.0Mrs. T Journey· 6 months agoThere are many fine Cantonese representatives in Hong Kong. Yet, Spring Moon is unarguably the BEST of the BEST. It is definitely a Cantonese restaurant you cannot miss in Hong Kong if you are a dim sum lover. I often revisit this restaurant with my friends and family for celebration since I am confident that it will never let them down for its consistency of high quality. Being devoted to elite Cantonese cookery, Spring Moon remains a compelling Michelin pitstop. Everything here is balanced and precise. Each ingredient is hand-selected, and the cooking is executed perfectly. I have listed our favourite dim sums: ✨ Pan-fried glutinous rice with egg, stuffed with conpoy and chicken ✨ Baked barbecued pork puffs with honey ✨ Deep-fried glutinous rice dumplings with Iberico pork, chicken, dried shrimps, dried radish , chive and purple sweet potato ✨ Deep-fried turnip cakes with assorted air-dried meat , dried shrimps and Sichuan spicy sauce ✨ Baked abalone and chicken tart with black mushrooms ✨ Steamed bean curd sheet rolls with abalone, fish maw, chicken and black mushrooms It offers Cantonese food at its finest. If you are also a Cantonese food lover, this is the unmissable stop!
