Te’amo

• I asked the waitress what the best spaghetti here was, and she recommended the Pasta con Polpette di Manzo. Honestly, after trying it, I really don’t understand why this was recommended as the best. The pasta was way too salty, and I could barely taste the tomato sauce. To be honest, I think I could make a much better pasta at home. But the food wasn’t even the most disappointing part. The service was. I literally finished eating and within about 3 seconds, they took my plate away. I found that really rude. What was interesting, though, was that the foreign customers sitting in front of me and next to me had their plates on the table for almost 30 minutes, and nobody took them away. So apparently, the speed of service depends on who is sitting at the table? 😅 As a local, I really didn’t appreciate being treated differently. If you want to clear tables quickly, fine. But at least do it consistently for everyone. Unfortunately, bad pasta + this kind of service = definitely not coming back.

• We went here yesterday dinner and today’s dinner, had to come back here because of how good the food is… They let my husband choose what red wine would he like and they took out 2 tasting so he could try and ordered his favorite. This is the best authentic Italian restaurant in Bali, my husband is Italian and we have high expectation with Italian restaurants since we tried alot but this one exceeded our expectation and he loved the Gnocchi Al Pomodoro (it was served in a bread bowl and its very unique and we loved it the bread was goood!), Burrata Pizza and for me the spaghetti con polpette di manzo (which was spaghetti with beef meatballs and chili), the australian wagyu ribeye was great too :) Had some piña coladas, tiramisu and basque cheesecake (compliments of the manager she was very nice) to end the night. Thank you Te amo, i hope they dont change their recipes will surely come back again 🙏

• Te’amo was, without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences of our Bali trip. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beautiful atmosphere. Every detail, from the interior design to the ambience, has been thoughtfully curated. The food was simply outstanding. As someone who enjoys Italian cuisine, I can confidently say this was some of the best Italian food I’ve had, not just in Bali, but anywhere. Every dish was beautifully executed, packed with flavour, and showcased the quality of the ingredients. You can truly taste the passion and craftsmanship behind every plate. One of the highlights was watching the live pasta-making machine in action. Seeing fresh pasta being made right before your eyes adds a special touch to the entire experience and reinforces the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity. Te’amo isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a complete dining experience. Exceptional food, stunning atmosphere, and a unique showcase of fresh pasta craftsmanship. If you’re in Bali and appreciate authentic Italian cuisine, this is an absolute must-visit. We left already talking about when we would come back.

• I love the ambience on the place and how the waitress treat me and my friends are so polite even tho we are locals. Waitress are so polite, helpful, and friendly. The food is just great, well served, and nothings really special about it but its not bad aswell. I ordered bolognese gnocchi in a bread(?) gnocchi and the bolognese itself tastes okay but it will be better if they could make it more chewy in my opinion. I love the texture of the bread and how they combine it with gnocchi. My friends ordered truffle and carbonara fetuccine, im not really sure about how is it tasted because i only tasted their food in one bite. We also ordered tiramisu aswell, and it was just great. It tasted light, and not too sweet which is i like it. Well im about to say that this place specialized in ambience, vibes, and hospitality. Thankyou for the great experience, Te amo! ❤️
