  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my visit to RUMBLE CRUMBLE 渋谷本店! From the moment I walked in, the shop’s charm and attention to detail stood out — it’s a beautifully curated space in the heart of Shibuya/Harajuku that’s perfect for both casual treats and special occasions. The cookies here are truly exceptional. They have this amazing contrast of textures — crisp and golden on the outside, yet soft and moist inside — which immediately tells you these aren’t your average sweets. The flavours are rich but balanced, and you can really taste the high-quality ingredients in every bite. People rave online about how these cookies are worth tracking down even outside the usual snack spots, and I completely agree!  What’s great is that the shop carries a wide variety of options, including classic cookies and the more indulgent cookie cakes that you can only get in-store. They’re perfect for gifts or sharing, and make for irresistibly delicious souvenirs after a day exploring Tokyo.  Another amazing thing I learned is that this brand has serious creative roots — crafted with care and originally gaining popularity online for being hard to get — so finally having a physical store where you can taste them fresh is a real treat.  Friendly service, great ambience, and some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in Tokyo. Whether you’re a local or visiting from overseas, this place deserves every one of its five stars!

  Probably the best cookie speciality shop in Japan! Great selection of flavours, perfectly baked super gooey crisp edged cookie. Slightly pricier.

  If you find yourself near a Rumble Crumble it’s worth trying! Cookies are great texture and flavor…nice to add soft serve to the combo. Good prices, clean shop and professional service.

  Ok. Reviews might not be accurate since cookies ( and mostly all food 😅 ) are acquired taste. In my case, I really like: - Crunchy on the sides but goey and soft ( I like it when it does not snap or break / crumble ) - Packed with flavor? Not too sweet but atleast 3 types of chocolate? Or atleast a lot of it. For a 800 yen cookie, I really appreciate being mindful of the ingredients used.. but it might be good if they also played on natural sugars to add a bit of more sweetness? ( molasses + brownsugar can add depth? ) According to the ingredients, it has brown sugar but the cookie's texture is leaning on dry and crumbly.. so not sure how is that so. It looks like each cookie is also paying for the location rent and the packaging. 😅 If you are looking for a one note, not to sweet cookie this is for you. Please note: we ate the basic chocochip cookie ones. Other flavors might be really really good.
