I am completely obsessed with their starters absolutely next level. Four delicate dishes and I was already hooked, mind blown from the first bite. Could easily eat five more rounds and still beg for more hahahhaaa The SAMHAP was the biggest surprise, it reminded me of sticky rice stuffed chicken from dim sum but in a whole new way. I also loved the "SEA CUCUMBER SAMGYE TANG", the ginseng chicken soup just warmed me right up. The JEONBOK JUK, that's the abalone congee, was so rich and the abalone was super tender. And the GALCHI JEON, the pan fried fish, perfectly textured, soft yet bouncy (I literally WOW out loud) For dessert, the JANG TRIO, which is a doenjang crème brûlée, is still my absolute favvvvvv. Pastry chef Gainy’s dessert never fail me! Everything hit harder than last time, with deeper flavours, better balance, perfect wine pairings

4.0Hokayann (ListenToMe)· 6 months agoThis was our first time trying a Korean restaurant that was not just barbecue and I must say it was a wonderful experience The food was very, very refined. The use of ingredients was done in a way that the ingredients remained the star of the show. Definitely would recommend this to people and would come back for a second time
5.0Brian Cu· 6 months agoToday I came for a lunch set—my very first dive into Korean fine dining, imagining an experience that could rival the standard and scene of Culinary Class Wars. The starter, dessert, and Gin cocktail were the highlights of the meal. The starter, juk, gently warmed my stomach with its comforting texture and well-balanced layers of flavor, perfect for the winter season. The dessert closed the experience beautifully with a creme brûlée, with its Korean twist, was the sweet surprise of the day. The cocktail, a delightful harmony of gin, honey, and Makgeolli, offered a refreshing Korean interpretation I’ll remember. The main course and pancake, however, didn’t quite deliver the wow factor I was hoping for.
