Bar Souvenir

• In all honesty I am not a fan of cocktails. I often think they're just expensive fruit juice with 1 liquor shot. HOWEVER this place is another level... The drinks are not your classic boring (and often poorly made) mojito and bloody mary etc. EVERY DRINK is unique and original with very interesting flavours that are truely delicate and exteremly well balanced. Some even award wining which made total sense! My partner accidently found this place and what a treat it was. The space is small and feels like a private room, ambiant light very relaxing and takes you away from busy streets. Music choice and volume we perfect nice flow and you can hear other for conversation easily. The bar gent is called "Bayu" and what a talented mixologist he is. Heavily skilled! Also the manners and services politeness were great. Knew when to start conversation and knew when to leave us to chat amongst ourselves. Can not express how pleasantly surprised I am with "Souviner". I promise will be worth your time and money. None of that IG model hype and clout nonsense, purely excellent drinks and elegant service. Thank you Bayu, you've made my day so much better. Hope to see you again!

• Bar Souvenir is easily my favorite bar in Canggu, and honestly, one of the best in Bali. The whole place feels very special: unique design, intimate atmosphere, and just the right vibe to spend a long evening. It’s not loud or flashy, but really thoughtful. The drinks are incredible. The Negronis are genuinely some of the best I’ve had, and everything on the menu feels creative and well balanced. Big shoutout to Bayu, his cocktails are something else. Super interesting, complex, and clearly made with a lot of skill and care. If you’re in Bali and love good cocktails, this place is a must!

• Such a hidden gem but absolutely worth a visit. Came here with my girls for a cocktail night and all the cocktails were delicious and beautifully balanced. Worth the visit!
