St. Ali in Bali is such a vibe. From the second we walked in, I loved the whole atmosphere, clean design, cool crowd, and mellow hip hop and jazzy beats lightly playing in the background that made it the perfect place to slow down, eat, work, or just hang out. You can tell they really care about coffee culture and creating an experience, not just serving drinks. We had the Orthodox Blend as cappuccinos and they were seriously good. Smooth, balanced, rich, and comforting without being too heavy. Definitely one of the better coffees I’ve had in Bali so far. For breakfast we shared the lemon cake, avocado on crumpet, and the hummus breakfast. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and well made. The avocado on crumpet was super satisfying, the hummus breakfast was flavorful and filling, and the lemon cake paired perfectly with coffee. I also loved that they have merch and their own identity beyond just being a café. It feels like one of those places with real personality, modern, creative, and effortlessly cool. This place is dope and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for great coffee, good food, and a stylish atmosphere in Bali. The only downside, and I hate even mentioning it because I genuinely love this place, is the fly problem. There were quite a few flies around while eating and it definitely took away from the experience a bit. I’m not sure if this is just something common throughout Bali with the climate and open air cafés, but it was noticeable enough that I feel it’s worth mentioning honestly. That said, St. Ali is still a spot I’d come back to. Great coffee, great energy, great food, and a place that clearly has soul.
5.0Shalom Clothing· 4 months agoSt Ali Coffee Pererenan hits that sweet spot when you’re craving a proper Australian-standard coffee in Bali. The coffee is exactly what you’d expect from the name, consistently dialled in, strong, and actually tasting like home. Food-wise, there’s a solid spread of the usual café staples. It’s the kind of menu where you could just as easily settle in for a proper brunch or swing by for something quick and still walk away impressed. Location is another win. Right on Jl. Pantai Pererenan, it’s easy to get to and a convenient stop whether you’re heading to the beach or just cruising around the area. All up, it’s one of those reliable go-tos. No fuss, just good coffee, good food, and it delivers exactly what it promises.
5.0CB· 5 months ago+ cozy place to spend time + next to the main road + they have indoor ac and terrace outdoor space + I tried their cheesecake and it was great - For a dining space who charge a high price, it was disappointing they dont have power backup. 5 minutes after I was sitting the power was shutting down. I couldnt order any coffee since the coffe machine was off. I was waiting for almost an hour until finally decided to leave
4.0ANDI SETYAWAN· 3 months agoST Ali, Bali: ST Ali is a Melbournite coffee and café institution. There’s no missing this stunning architecture – an arresting terracotta and salmon brutalist industrialism block with slits for a textured touch. We only had a coffee and matcha (breakfast-free day) and they are good. Be prepared for serious people watching – the dress code is tights, tights and tighter than tight tights. Girls are in great shape and men are toplessly ribbed. It’s hands-down the coolest coffee stop in Pererenan. #eatstylishtravelstylish
