  • We waited in no line. Got seated immediately and we went at 11am. Prices: $$$ much higher than any other places we’ve eaten in Thailand. 1500 THB for just the crab omelette. You’re paying the premium for quality, amount of crab and also it be it made by a Michelin chef. Food: Simple, generous and great quality ingredients. The food is great because of how fresh it tastes. Just remember that you can get a crab omelette in many other street vendors for the fraction of the cost. But no one can make it like Jai Fai. Service: you’re not there for the service, you’re there for the food and it’s like any other street vendors service. Overall: come with having the expectation of food sourced and made well. Highly recommend to try it. Definitely worth it!

  • Jay Fai: Huge Portions, Fresh Seafood, Worth Every Baht! 🦀🔥 The hype is real. The ingredients are massive, ultra-fresh, and completely justify the price. Every dish was a hit! The Highlights: Crab Omelet: A total must-try. Paired with her signature chili sauce, it’s mind-blowingly delicious. Abalone with Chinese Broccoli: Pure, honest flavor. So good we ordered a second plate! Stir-fried Coconut Shoots with Prawns: My new second-favorite dish. We literally refused to let them clear the plate just so we could mix the remaining sauce with rice! Seafood Khua Gai: Jay Fai’s daughter worried we’d get "seafood fatigue" and suggested chicken. Our reply? "At Jay Fai, it’s seafood or nothing!" Also loved: The smoky Pad Kee Mao, Rich Dry Seafood Congee, and the aromatic Garlic Fried Seafood. Verdict: Zero regrets. Massive sizes, incredible flavor, and completely worth the money!

  • I arrived aroud 11am and the queue was shown on the picture. Good thing, the daughter was listing our pre order menu. If you queue long, get some fresh and pulpy orange juice from the resto next to it, so good!! This one is also Michelin star, the chef is a 81-year-old Grand Ma cooking with big google. My friend said 2025 was the year she intended to retire, thus I think this time for me to eat there. I admire the Grand Ma Chef doing her works of non-stop cooking, she has like endless energy, due to health concern, we are not allowed to take pics with her. For crab omelette it's no joke of abundant crab inside and no joke that its quite expensive, but I think the price is blended with the taste of the crab + the energy from Grand Ma Chef

  • The crab omelet was absolutely delicious, but the other dishes were fairly ordinary. What truly stood out was witnessing the incredible craftsmanship and hard work she puts into her culinary art—that was the main reason we came. We didn't have to wait in line for very long, and the service was genuinely excellent.
