I recently had dinner at AVLI Uluwatu and it ended up being one of those places that really stays with you. The beef carpaccio was a standout! Super fresh and perfectly balanced. Even the bread surprised me, it tasted like it had just come out of a proper bakery. The tzatziki honestly made me feel like I was back in Greece, and the gyro brought back memories of my trips to Athens… simple, authentic, and done right. The whole setting is something else…the interior is immersed in nature and gives you that “holiday escape” feeling without trying too hard. I also liked that the kitchen is open, so you can actually see the food being prepared, which adds a nice touch of transparency. Dessert was on another level with the warm cookie with ice cream on top and melted chocolate inside… easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the staff were genuinely attentive, and the music created a really nice, relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening. It’s not just about the food, it’s the whole experience. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Had such a great dinner at Alvi while we were in Uluwatu. The food was genuinely excellent and every dish we ordered was a hit. My favourites were the chicken souvlaki, the prawn saganaki and the charred cauliflower, I’d happily order all three again. We also shared the lobster linguine and the wagyu, which were both cooked perfectly. A special shout out to Danis, who looked after our table all night. He was so friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcome without ever being overbearing. The atmosphere was just as good as the food. We were there for a friend’s birthday and the staff surprised us with a traditional Greek birthday celebration, which was so much fun and got everyone involved. There was also a live DJ that added to the vibe. Definitely one of our favourite meals in Uluwatu. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Bali

Wooow I wasn’t ready for such an amazing experience! I randomly chose this restaurant, and what an INCREDIBLE atmosphere!!!! The entire staff applauds when you walk in 😄 which immediately makes you feel welcome. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I had the best Greek salad and the most generous portion of feta I’ve ever had in Bali! Special thanks to Ahmed for providing such incredible service. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️ Edit: over the last month I’ve probably went back there almost 6 times 😄 food so delicious and service is incredible! Thank you everyone and AGUS, à plus dans le bus!!! You’re Fantastic!

We purposely came for their Sunday flower night and had such a fun night. We ordered the zucchini cakes which were amazing, just like we had in Milo’s. The moussaka flavours were also amazing but came with small fried potato strings instead of mash which was a bit of a shame. The scallop risotto was nice but needed more cauliflower and scallops. Overall we loved the experience and the food was good but order a few things as they’re quite small portions. The flower party starts around 9pm with Greek music and the staff dancing which then the crowd joins in followed by a big flower fight at the end. we would recommend trying to order and eat before the festivities start as we only got half way through our meal, by the end our table was covered in flowers and we ended up abandoning the remainder of the meal
